I’m Matt - I’m passionate about 2 things. Rescue dogs & creating comforting dishes that make memories.
I work to embrace the essence of upscale comfort food, ensuring every bite leaves a lasting impression.
A little about me:
After graduating from Lehigh University with a degree in Marketing, I worked in New York City in advertising. After a few years, I decided to pursue my true passion. I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
After graduation, I worked for the Bastianich Hospitality Group managing a 3-star NY Times wine bar in New York City, partnered at 3 restaurants, before opening a restaurant of my own in Hoboken, New Jersey.
In 2022, I set off for a new adventure to be a yacht chef on a 125’ vessel.
I currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio as the Showroom Chef for Tisdel Distributing (local home for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove).
Eva is the latest rescue from Cincinnati Animal CARE Humane Society.
